Phil Zanello, BabyCat’s head brewer, has a passion for the classic European styles which is why you find him brewing everything from classic German styles to his interpretation of the West Coast vs. East Coast IPA battle. Our goal is to bring you delicious beer in styles that show the range of beer - maybe even get you to try something you’ve never had! Where else are you going to try a hazy juicy New England style IPA alongside a Dunkelweis? There’s beer tradition, history and the future reflected in what we brew.
